Begin Your Journey

Taking the step to train as a counsellor is both exciting and meaningful. At Pan-I, we aim to make the application process clear, supportive, and reflective — giving you space to show your motivation and readiness.

How to Apply

Step 1 — Application Form
Complete our application form and a short reflective essay (details provided on request). This helps us understand your motivation, experience, and readiness for training.

Step 2 — Interview
You’ll be invited to a short interview (usually online via Zoom) with two of our tutors. This is a supportive conversation where you can reflect on your journey so far, ask questions, and explore whether Pan-I is the right fit for you.

Step 3 — Offer
If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer. This includes your course information, a learning agreement, and details about paying your deposit to secure your place.

  • Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance is required for all courses
