Taking the step to train as a counsellor is both exciting and meaningful. At Pan-I, we aim to make the application process clear, supportive, and reflective: giving you space to show your motivation and readiness.

How to Apply

Step 1 : Application Form
Complete our application form and a short reflective essay (details provided on request). This helps us understand your motivation, experience, and readiness for training.

Step 2: Interview
You’ll be invited to a short online interview with two of our tutors. This is a supportive conversation where you can reflect on your journey so far, ask questions, and explore whether Pan-I is the right fit for you.

Step 3: Offer
If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer. This includes your course information, a learning agreement, and details about paying your deposit to secure your place.

Key Information

• Course Locations: Cambridge training centres and/or Fully-Online (Tick all your preferences on the application form)

• Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance is required for all courses

• Fees: Outlined for each course on the application form; deposits are required to secure your place after successful interview

• Additional Costs: Personal counselling, supervision, BACP student membership, and professional insurance (for Level 4 students)

• Policies: Please review our cancellation and withdrawal terms in the Student Handbook, which can be requested by email
